Amethi, Uttar Pradesh – April 30, 2025: During his two-day visit to Rae Bareli and Amethi, Congress MP and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi met with two outstanding students from Amethi who topped the UP Board 2025 examinations. He presented them with tablets as a token of appreciation for their academic excellence.
The event took place at the Bhueamau Guest House in Rae Bareli, where Gandhi interacted with Shivam Yadav, the district topper in the Intermediate examination, and Manglesh Prajapati, who secured the top position in the High School examination. Both students received tablets from Gandhi, who commended their achievements and wished them success in their future endeavors.
hivam Yadav hails from a middle-class family, while Manglesh Prajapati comes from a financially disadvantaged background. Their accomplishments highlight the potential and determination of students from diverse socio-economic settings.
The meeting was facilitated by Amethi Congress Block President Devmani Tiwari, who accompanied the students and their families to meet Gandhi. This gesture underscores the Congress leader’s commitment to recognizing and encouraging young talent in the region
